Thanksgiving

custom orders close on November 15th. All other orders close November 23rd or sell out!

On Wednesday November 26th (Thanksgiving Eve), we will be open for pre-order pick ups along with snacks & drinks. We will not be open for regular retail. Our last day before the holiday for regular shopping will be Sunday November 23rd!

We will be closed for Thanksgiving Day and the rest of the weekend.

Christmas

Seats for our feast of more than 7 fishes will be released on Black Friday at 9am. They go fast so plan accordingly!

We are currently taking bookings for holiday parties or private events by email - trattoria@heavymetalsausage.com Our maximum capacity is 14 seats (maximum of 10 if you want everyone to sit at the same table) and we are only able to host private events on Thursday or Friday nights. We offer a 5 course family style menu for $100 per person. We do ask for a minimum of 10 people to book a private dinner.

Christmas pre-orders will also go live on Black Friday. If you have custom orders for Christmas, please email butcher@heavymetalsausage.com as soon as possible.

We are still determining our hours for the week of Christmas but we will definitely be closed on Christmas Eve through the New Year!
